Agreement
These terms are between you and Talaash Connect (“we”, “us”), who make ClipGet (“the app”). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer & Copyright notice. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app does
ClipGet helps you save videos from links you provide to your own phone, and save WhatsApp statuses you have already viewed. We do not host, own or upload any of the videos. They come from the sites and apps they were posted on.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you save and what you do with it. You agree to:
- only save content you own or have permission to save;
- follow the law where you live and the rules of the site a video comes from;
- use saved content for personal use only, unless the owner allows more, and not repost or sell it without permission;
- respect the privacy and rights of the people in the content.
What is not allowed
- Using the app for anything illegal, or to harm or harass anyone.
- Trying to save private, paid or protected content, or to get around any protection.
- Overloading, attacking or abusing our server, or using it through automated tools.
- Copying, selling or re-publishing the app, or removing any notices in it.
We may block links, sites or users to protect the service or to follow the law. YouTube links are not supported.
Status Saver
Status Saver only shows statuses that WhatsApp has already stored on your phone after you viewed them. Save a status only if you have the permission of the person who posted it, and do not share it in a way that harms them. The statuses and their content belong to their owners.
Other services
The app works with links from other companies' services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those companies, and their names and trademarks belong to them. Those services can change or block access at any time, so a link that works today may stop working. We cannot control this.
Ads
The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Please see the Privacy Policy for how ads and consent work. Please do not click ads by accident or on purpose to make them earn.
Availability
We work to keep the app and our server running, but we do not promise that they will always be available, fast or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop any part of the app at any time.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty, express or implied, including that the app will work with every link, or meet your needs.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the app or from content you save, including lost data, or claims from owners of content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop or limit your access if you break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
